These terms govern use of the public Gentlity website, including its Early Access program. Gentlity is currently a product and brand operated by its founding team ahead of the incorporation of a dedicated legal entity; these terms will be updated to name that entity once incorporation is complete. Any product trial, subscription, or design-partner engagement is governed by separate written terms agreed at that time, not by this page.
2. Acceptable use
You may use this website for lawful informational and business-evaluation purposes. You must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, evade its abuse controls, or use it in violation of applicable law.
3. Informational nature of this website
Website material, including product descriptions, is provided for general information and may change as Gentlity develops. It does not create a service-level commitment, warranty, or contractual offer.
4. Early Access requests
Submitting an Early Access request does not guarantee admission to the program, access to any product, or any specific outcome or timeline. We review requests and follow up if there appears to be a fit, at our discretion. See our Privacy Policy for how submitted information is handled.
5. Intellectual property
Website content, design, and Gentlity branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. The separate Agent Reliability SDK is provided under its own stated open-source license, independent of these website terms.
6. Third-party links and services
This website links to and, for the Early Access form, relies on third-party services (for example GitHub, PyPI, and our form-processing provider). Their own terms and privacy practices apply when you interact with them; see our Privacy Policy for which providers are involved in the Early Access flow specifically.
7. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this website is provided "as is," without warranties about uninterrupted availability, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Liability
Gentlity does not yet operate as an incorporated legal entity and this website does not yet offer a commercial contractual service, so a specific, entity-backed limitation-of-liability clause cannot be finalized truthfully today. Until one is adopted, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law we exclude liability for loss arising from use of this informational website, except where such an exclusion is not permitted by law. A specific limitation-of-liability clause will be adopted, and this page updated, once Gentlity is formally incorporated and a commercial service is offered under separate terms.
9. Governing law and disputes
Because Gentlity is not yet an incorporated legal entity, a specific governing-law and dispute-resolution clause has not been finalized and is not stated here to avoid asserting a jurisdiction we cannot yet stand behind. This section will be completed once Gentlity is incorporated. Until then, please raise any concern directly with us at the contact below so we can address it informally.
10. Changes
These website terms may be revised, including once Gentlity is incorporated and a governing-law/liability clause is finalized. Continued use after a published revision is subject to the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
